I am so fed up with the customer service for Metlife. I called to get a copy of an ID card for my vehicle. I also wanted to ask some questions about my coverage. The first person I spoke to I could not understand. I am sure it was in a another country. I asked three times for the id card before the person finally understood me. Asked to place me on hold and then the next thing I knew I was transferred to another person who had no idea who I was or what I wanted. This person was an American.
