I purchased a book in May of 2008. I was notinformed of joining any book club or a membership fee. My credit card has been billed $19.95 without my knowledge for months. After I called the company "Hot Books.com" I was told that I had a 30 trial membership time and since I purchased the book a year ago, I was not entitled to any reimbursement. I immediatley cancelled this "membership" here is the cancellation number they gave me 4181880. I was told I would not be billed anymore. The whole company is a sham and I want to notify others of their activities. read full review »
