I have an extended warranty on my washer. I put a call in to sears on July 2. They asid the earliest they could come is on the 8th. That day came and went they never showed up. I called the next day they said there is nothing they could do but come on the 17th. He came that morning and supposedly fixed the problem. Later that day I tried to do laundry it didn't work.
