I purchased a laptop that has never worked properly. They never told me that there was an adapter or battery pack that had been recalled. after trying to get someone to help me for months and months...they led me on and then the warranty was up and they charged me $76 for an adapter that will not stay in my computer. I've tried it in other computers that are the same model number etc. and they won't stay in any of them.
