I received a Coby 27" :CD HD TV from my children as a Christmas present. We hooked up the TV and it worked for less than 3 weeks before colors started bleeding and the picture started washing out. After 4 days of phone calls to the 800 customer service number with no answer I found a switchboard number and finally got someone to answer the phone. I was told to ship the TV back to Coby in New York and they would repair or replace the TV within 6-8 weeks. I shipped the unit via UPS and it was signed for at their dock on 2/19/09.
