I have gone into your local Alltel business places and they always say they have fixed the problem but it never ends. People will call me on my phone and if I don't answer right away the calls goes to a fellow by the name of Shannon whose phone number is 715-570-4011. He said he also had been complaining at his local Alltel stores and they wanted my number which I gave him. I am not receiving any of my messages. I have tryed to be patient but have been losing my cool. Would it help to get a new number or a different phone?
