I booked a hotel with them at Treasure Island hotel. I was given a confirmation number and they took my credit card. About three weeks before my trip I get a phone call saying they would no longer honor the rate and if I wanted that rate I had to pay for an additional night. They offered a different hotel at a 30% increase if I just wanted to stay my origional amount of booked nights. This was done 3 weeks before the travel date so it was hard for me to rebook elsewhere. They acted like they didnt care. I read elsewhere on another site they did the same thing to several different couples. Bottom line is they are crooks and scam artists. read full review »
