We ordered a modular Kitchen for our new flat in Whitefield for a total amount of Rs. 1.2 lakhs. The full payments were made in mid September 2008 and we were prpmised that the Kitchen will be delivred and completed within 45 days. It was not until end of November 2008 that they even started the work. They did part completion and the rest of the work was happening in installments.
