I was searching for help to applying for grants, DBW 's add offered a free cd for $1.98 in shipping. I filled out the info and submitted for the cd. 8 calander days later my paypal account was charged $3.73 for an Ebook, $3.77 for an Ebook on buying houses and $69.95 for an online service I did not sign up for or request. when I contacted DBW by phone, they told me in there fine print that I had 7 dats to cancel thier service or a refund would not be considered.
