Basically I have 700 minutes and unlinimted texts a month. I check my balance every day by ringing 150 and until today i have had 10 minutes remaining on my account. Today however when i rung up to see my avaliable minutes it told me i was 30 pound over my balance and had been being charged since 23rd december, alomst 2 weeks ago. When I check my online bill I hd been charged for calls made after this date despite the fact that my 150 balance had always been in the clear. I dont know what to do about this situation.
