Her only suggestion was to power off and back on...where is she...India? Hung up on her and called back. Got a REAL Service agent, fixed in 2 minutes. With so many people out of work, how does a nail-filing, gum-smacking, teeth-sucking lazy, useless, nasty girl still have a job instead of someone who would appreciate the paycheck? read full review »
