has 1020 HP LaserJet uses 12A cartridge is about 2 years old. Printer need new cartridges about every 4-5 weeks, does about 1000 sheets. Put new cartridge in on 7/24/09 on 7/27/09 it was out of ink. Called Customer service in India, had to put me on hold to see if I was telling the truth about the 1000 sheets per cartridge, he thought that 100 sheets was a lot. I gave him the date that was on the box. He asked for the serial number on the printer which was not relevant since many printers use the same cartridge.
