we bought go kart in oct., put it together (with less than helpful instruction manual) and gave it to our son for Christmas. It started with delivery company not having proper equipment or manpower to deliver it. He dropped it off the back of the truck then said I couldn't sign as damaged because crate wasn't broken and it seemed fine to him. No help from complaints to company or shippers.
