I wanted to book two tickets and a all inclusive hotel package to Costa Rica. After giving the guy my credit card number he put me on hold 10 mins, then came back and said my card was declined and to call the bank to see what was wrong. He had over chaged my account over $5000! AND OVERDREW MY ACCOUNT BY $1500. The triped wantedcould not be purchased because there was I was over drawn by incorrecct amounts. It took Bookit.com 5 days to refund my money but by that time the airfares had raised by $300 per person that I could not afford to go to Costa Rica.
