I ordered a Sunbrite SB-4610HD. My digital universe had the best price and said it was in stock. The same day I received a confirmation. 10 days later I still had not taken delivery. I called and was told the unit was now out of stock and should arrive to them in 2 days and ship to me in 7-10 days.I voiced my apprehension but was told to trust them. 7 days later I called again and was again told that it will ship in 7 days. I cancelled my order and I will never buy from My Digital Universe. again. read full review »
