I thought these days banks treasure their good reliable spenders but I was so wrong after talking to their customer service one night last week. Apparently part of their credit card business (not sure about the others because I really dont like BofA all along) is based on "gotcha, bastard!". I was literally $13 over my 20K limit in May when I paid a club membership that's worth 16K thru my their visa card.
