Santander apparently bought out the now bankrupt Drive Financial. I will say from the start this has been the worst experience for myself and family. The customer service at this company is absolutely horrible. They will keep you on hold for a long period of time and then hang up on you. They are very nasty with you on the phone and will talk over you and cut you off mid sentence.
