Like many other disillusioned customers of this website - my daughter and I were also given the run around for 5 months. The flowers were purchased and ordered February 9th 2009. Susan attempted to call on a Wednesday (clearing posted AFTER you make your purchase and given a contact number) to our home while everyone was at work.
