I accepted a free trial of the product, but they charged me $59.95 for the product and 4.95 for a web access thing. Besides I had to pay taxes when I received it. I thought it was the end but now they are charging me the same amout plus a membership of $9.95 without my authorization. Can anyone help me or do something about it? read full review »
