I finally got in touch with Swoopo Customer Service and was able to check into my Bid Purchase and Bidding accounts..Sorry to say, I find the Swoopo electronic tracking system much to be desired.. A large number of discrepancies and major flaws are uncovered with their existing records: 1) It shows four (4) instead of three (3) Bid Purchases that were confirmed to me vie e-mail; 2) It confirms the bidding on an Acer 18.4 inch Laptop at Friday noon (EST) which I was not award- ed the prize despite getting the highest bidder... read full review »
