I recently found myself going through the same BS as all these other people. I was told about Dormanex by my Mom and decided it sounded like a great deal. So I went to the website to get the "FREE" Trial. Before I could finish, the website "experienced problems", and crashed.(Not giving me a chance to view the policies) A day later I get a phone call from an "employee" claiming that their website had crashed but they had all my information except my credit card info.
