Easy Saver charged my credit card $14.95 for a "service" that I supposedly signed up for when I made an order with ProFlowers. The Customer Service rep at Easy Saver, 800-355-1837, said she verified that I had clicked on "Agree" to their terms and conditions thus the monthly charges. She also said that I had received an email explaining the benefits of the Easy Saver and that I should have cancelled at the time if I did not want the service.
