I had the same issue as all of you. However, I called within 3 days of placing my proflowers order & was told the membership is cancelled & the money would be refunded in 7-10 days. We'll see what happens. I filed a complaint with proflowers.com. I also filed a complaint with the FTC. I suggest that you do the same. It's online & easy to do. Just go to www.ftc.gov The FTC monitors this type os issue & will take necessary steps if there are enough complaints & action is warranted. read full review »
