I closed a business account with Bank of America this past Spring after years of bad business practices by the bank. In May they sent me a check for the balance left in the account. Now they are claiming that the account is overdrawn by $35.00, that they are referring the matter to the banking industry's collection agency and that by doing so I wouldn't be able to open another account at a different bank. <br /> <br /> I must say that I'm impressed by their idiotic insolence.
