I have read, with great interest, the complaints regarding trhe Tru-Tech mp3 player problems. I have a Tru-Tech mp3 player. It is the model T-1000 The problem which most of the complaints are about is getting a message "Back up data" format drive or "No File" I believe that some users have attempted to delete certain mp3 files from the player using the delete function incorporated within the player itself.
