I ordered trial product and an additional offer for a mask back in September. Received product but found they sent me a moisterizer instead of the mask so I called 9/22/08. They told me they would refund my money and to go ahead and keep the other product, would be 10-12 days. I called again on 10/8 because I hadn't seen refund, was told would get it in (they didn't have explanation for why) and would be another 10-12 business days.
