Tcf bank is a big rip-off. I don't really understand why this bank is still standing and why is it not getting investigated by others. I just recently open an account with tcf bank and this is how they work with me. Example say if I have only 6 dollars into my account and I go to McDonald and purchase a burger which is less than 3 dollars. Once you swipe your card you will get a new balance which will be 3 dollars left into you bank account. So the 6 dollars is now 3 dollars because of the purchase of the burger.
