There is this guy who goes under the name of Dr. Stephan Inezedy, who claims to be the managing director for the company mentioned above. He travels often to panama city, panama in order to try and find people he can stiff along with his fake employee a mexican guy called Diego Flores. They both make people beleive they have this huge empire of money and strings to pull as they please so they can get sovereign bonds rented in their banks which are supposed to belong to them.
