We rented from Sawmill Crossing Apartments in the same apartment for four years and despite leaving the apartment clean, were charged over $800 after moving out.Would anyone live in an apartment four years with nothing on the walls, rugs, etc??? We are in our 50s, not people who party, etc. I saw the carpet they use (light beige) for 50 cents a square foot - that is consumer price on sale!! Their apartments look nice but it is the cheapest of everything and if you rent from them, when you leave YOU will be paying to put the apartment back in... read full review »
