I completely agree with the other two travellers who Jim was very rude to and locked out. My wife and I came here for our 6th wedding anniversary based on a friends recommendation. We were excited to get away without the kids. We got into Yakima early and since the B&B was the only address we knew we stopped in when we arrived. Upon driving in Jim came running out to the car telling us check-in was at 3PM and we had to go. We understood that and planned on not coming in until that time.
