A promotional coupon offer was made when I purchased RightSize by phone. I declined the offer and have received nothing in the mail. Only when reviewing some recent credit card bills did I realize I was being charged $13.95 a month. This has gone on for over a year and I didn't catch it because my husband usually takes care of the credit card bill payment. I also had no coupons of any kind and no "membership" information to tip me off that I was receiving a "benefit." This is a scam--pure and simple. This company must be stopped!
