I placed an order 11/13/08 for free trial/cost shipping 4.95. When I saw no invoice showing this, I immediately tried to call them and reached a recording telling me I would have to wait 61 minutes in order to talk with anyone. I then sent them an email cancelling my order. This all occurred within several minutes of placing the order. They never responded to my cancellation and approximately 2 weeks later I received a package which I never opened but immediately mailed back to them by USPS.
