We signed up for DirecTv at a home show. You know the booths where the salesmen can't wait to get the next sucker. Well, we were promised gift certificates and a bunch of packages, but were never told of the two year service period that was required. Installation was in the wrong place; didn't connect the system entirely which we had to do. The pictures was terrible, always tiling even on sunny calm days.
