I paid this company $2, 700.00 to modify my home loan and 3 times they have changed the person handling my account found out 1 of them quit. I have been calling them last week and this week only to get a recording to leave name & # and no one has returned my calls. I would call them every week to check on the status of my account only to be told that a negotiator has not been assigned to my account yet from Bank of America.
