I bought this tortilla maker from New Universal Appliances located on Pioneer Blvd. Artesia, CA 90701. When I plugged it, it would not warm up and do the job as it supposed to do. i called the store, the owner said send it to the company. There is no address, phone # or email of the company on the user's guide that I can contact somebody to fix the problem. So I took the maker to the store and talked to the owner but he would not buzz. He said, "I am not refunding you and no exchange, it is not my responsibility to send the machine to the company. I give you the phone # you call and make arrangements to send the maker to the company." read full review »
