I purchased shoes from Soeocean with debit card. When they aarrived they did not fit, so I sent them back, following the instructions. Two weeks later they returned them to me, stating they were worn. THEY WERE NOT WORN! I called the company to no avail. I refuse to send them back as I read other complaints stating they never got their shoes back, nor refund. I contacted the BBB, but no response was made to them either. read full review »
