I'm not sure how they even got to me, but for the last 18 months I have been seeing Value Plus charges on my bank statement and now cannot get rid of them. My bank advised me to not use a debit card for any purchases on line and also said just plain don't use the Internet for purchases! I think that's too extreme. I find the convenience of the Internet to be a wonderful tool, but I can't get these Value Plus charges to stop.
