In November of 2008 I was charged $11.95 twice towards my credit card. When I signed up for "Free" Credit Report.com I thought it was "free." I suppose not. I called and received one payment of $11.95 back, but they could not refund both charges. I said Okay. At least I get some money back. I canceled the account. Here it is January 2009. I am once again charged two payments of $11.95.
