I bought a dirt devil vacuum at local WalMart. It did not work so I took it back 2 weeks later, after trying to use it twice. I did not have the receipt, but had my credit card transaction statement. WalMart told me that Dirt Devils policy is returns only with a receipt and that I could contact them. I did and was told that they could only refund my money if I bought it direct through them! The machine does not work! Now I am stuck with a $90 vacuum cleaner that doesnt work AND an extra filter that I bought to go with it! WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF! read full review »
