While I have seen some of their websites have the terms on them, the site, which i have put a link to has absolutely NO links to terms, conditions, or a privacy policy, in violation of the law. A company cannot just decide against disclosing terms and privacy policy on their site, whether they want to or not. I am complaining about a terrible experience at parkwest hospital. I am going to tell only the facts, no exagerration. watch out! there is an email floating around. the email disguises itself as being an accident that u got it. the person starts talking about someone named jessica, and does an "oh, yeah" moment, like she had forgotten to email jessica sooner about how she can get a 'free ipad'. this email has a link in it. VERY URGENT! there is currently a crime being committed. there have been reports of people getting calls from a "crime center of america" stating that they took out a payday loan, and if they dont come up with hundreds of dollars, they will be taken to jail, or to court. they give u a short timeline of 24 hours or a few days. It's another teeth whitener scam! THIS ONE is REALLY skirting it too. a banner at the top of the website says "100% FREE TEETH WHITENING VALUED AT $99.00!" What's funny is that by their own words they state it is a value of $99, but charges your card $179 after 14 days from the day that u ORDERED, NOT received.
