You will not get any customer support or resolution if there is any issue. During the ordering process I confirmed, WITH PHOTOS, the measurements showing the size and the location of the cover seam. I sent via email the info (2) times to them. Stonewood did not changed the location of the seam after I sent Stonewood the information even though they confirmed that they received the information.
