Unable to connect to HTTP://www.valuebuzz.com to print Gas Rebate Certificate for August. Successfully printed and submitted Gas Rebate Certificates for June, 2009 and July, 2009. Not received anything as yet. Was trying to print the August, 2009 Gas Rebate Certificate but cannot connect to the www.ValueBuzz.com Web Site. Tried the Customer Service phone number and it comes back with a phone system pre-recorded message that "...the code you have entered is invalid. Please try again". I thought this whold Gas Rebate Program was a ripoff, so I believe this has now been confirmed. At least it hasn't cost me anything. Yet. read full review »
