Mark not only said he would do a lot of things and offered me many choices, he did all the little detailed searching that I think maybe I could do but I just don't have the patience for. I tended to sink into just holding onto what I already had and then grumbling about it to myself throughout the year. I now have a new better medicare insurance plan but I feel very right about my choice. He is thoughtful, heartfelt and professional in the best sense of the word. He is quite a find.
