Just to follow suit with everyone elses complaints about Chase Banks current tactics of detroying peoples credit and their impossible customer service...never had a problem with Providian or Wamu, never been late on one payment, have paid more than the minumum on alot of occassions and now have had my interest rate increased ( on balance aswell!!), grace period shotened without noticed and my limit reduced almost to what I owe, which was not near my limit at the time...how are they doing this and what means are they using to decided who i... read full review »
