I purchased an indian outfit (like a dress) from this website. I discussed with them prior to submitting my order how to provide them with my measurements. They explained that I should take certain measurements and that was all they needed to make the outfit. I provided them with the measurements, they were clearly labeled and it said "cm" after each measurement implying centimeter.
