I just received a letter from Bank of America stating that as of September 1, 2009, my checking account will be charged with a $12.00 since I don't meet THEIR minimum requirements of $750.00 When I openend this Regual Checking, I was told that I had a "No minimum requirement" checking account. When I spoke to a BoA representative this morning, they tell me that they can make any changed (including closing the account) to my account any time they want, as stated in the "terms and conditions".
