HSBC customer service department is in India and we wonder were all the jobs have gone... Belive me you will care when you have to call to work out a payment and you can't understand their accent and after the 3rd call they tell you that you never called in the 1st place and you start all over again. Time to realize that the jobs that Americans want are the stay in the air condition building with ties and sport coats making a decent living not the ones that require you to be in the kitchen washing dishes or in a car wash. Do not use HSBC unless you want more jobs to go to India. If they want our money they will have to invest it in AMERICA... read full review »
