Virgin Mobile is evil! I found I wasn't using my mobile phone as much as I thought I would, called them to cancel and they wouldn't cancel my account! Talked to several people over several months, and after about 3 months of screaming finally got them to cancel it. Bad reception on phone, customer service in the Philippines who can't understand English, stay away from this company!!! read full review »
