I bought couple headsets with this company, it does not come with any packaging at all, just use some kind of "plastic bag " to pack it. And there is no manuel to teach you how to connect the ear piece. One of the headset missing the ear piece, tried to call them for the missing part. The representative answered the phone but they put you on hold FOREVER!!! They never come back to answer the phone. This is a very bad experience for me, and what I get is some cheap used products with missing parts. read full review »
