This is the biggest rip off I have ever encountered. We were quoted $850 as the sales rep went through item by item and knew EXACTLY what we had. When the movers showed up (18 HOURS after the time quoted) the told us they would need to charge us extra for shipping materials and extra space. When I got the bill it was $3200!!! When I called to complain, Ben, the dispatcher acting like this happens all the time and said we could just give them our stuff instead of paying, very casually!
